Had an amazing 5-night stay in the Double Room with Sea View. The view from our room was stunning, with two comfortable seats at the window to enjoy it. The bed was super comfy, allowing for great sleeps each night. Breakfast was plentiful and served hot, with a delicious morning coffee on offer. The owners were very friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. a storage shelf or hooks in the bathroom would have been helpful. A USB charger by the bed would also be a nice addition.

Charming stay with stunning views
The family-run Kenton Hotel brings a warm atmosphere, where friendly faces made my mornings brighter. Waking up to the delightful sunrise over the coast was a splendid touch.
The shower temperature took time to stabilize, and the hallway carpets could use a good clean, but these minor points didn’t overshadow my enjoyable stay.

Perfect spot for beach lovers
We had such a nice time! Laura and Kevin were super chill and really welcoming. The room had a fab view, and it was so close to the beach. Loved winding down with a drink in the cozy lounge after a long day. Only thing is, the shower took a while to find the right heat, but no biggie.

We had a fun time playing darts at the hotel, and the kids enjoyed their stay with our non-service dog. The family atmosphere was cozy, making it easy to relax together and explore the nearby beach.
My wife says that breakfast options could be better.

It was just a good pick for a brief sojourn in Newquay with good value for money. The common areas were nicely arranged around a dark wood staircase which added character. Remember to check out the coastal bus service right out front for easier travel.

The view from the top floor bay windowed room offers a fantastic perspective of the area, making it a highlight of the stay. The common areas, including a bar/lounge with a pool table, provide a nice touch after a long day of exploring.
The room was smaller than expected, which might be an issue if you plan on spending much time indoors. The shower pressure was inconsistent, and the water temperature varied between scalding and lukewarm, making for a rather uncomfortable experience. the bathroom felt cramped with limited space, and the towels provided were quite thin. Breakfast options were decent but not extensive, with only one choice of toast and a small selection for the full English. Finally, the parking situation at the rear can be tight, so maneuvering could be a challenge, especially during peak times.

The warm welcome from the hosts created a lovely atmosphere. and the breakfast was a real treat, featuring quality local ingredients! Enjoyed evening drinks in the cozy lounge with a stunning sunset view.
It would be great to have more local dining options, as the surrounding area can feel a bit limited.
